1. No Refunds & No Chargebacks

By purchasing any product or service from DonutHax, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances.

You further agree that you waive your right to initiate a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with any financial institution, credit card issuer, or payment provider. Any attempt to do so may be considered fraudulent and will result in legal action and/or the immediate termination of access to the purchased product or service.

2. Fraudulent Chargebacks & Legal Consequences

If a chargeback or dispute is initiated in violation of these terms:

• You agree to pay all associated fees, legal costs, and damages incurred by the Company.
• DonutHax reserves the right to pursue legal action and report fraudulent chargebacks to collections agencies, which may affect your credit score.
• Your access to the product, service, or any future purchases will be permanently revoked without notice.

3. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By making a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood these Terms of Service.
• You voluntarily waive any rights to dispute or chargeback the transaction.
• You are making an irrevocable purchase and accept full responsibility for your payment.
